All I’m saying is that a work-life balance is of utmost importance.
Sure, making a success of your online business is important and may be financially essential, but you’ll just burn out if that’s all you spend your time on.
Go for a walk, enjoy a bike ride, do some pushups, sit down and have a drink with friends.
Explain your problems out loud to your dog. They won’t judge you and it may bring clarity.
You may just find you tackle your work with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.
And your subconscious mind has solved that problem that you thought had you beaten!
