The prime benefit of SEO is this continuous stream of targeted, free traffic, marking its high cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, when you achieve organic rankings, it elevates your website’s perceived expertise and authority on the subject.
However, SEO’s unpredictable nature is its significant drawback. A single alteration in Google’s algorithm can lead to drastic shifts in your site’s rankings. If your revenue is solely driven by search engine traffic, such fluctuations can deeply impact your earnings.
