  Complaint Type:Problems with Product/ServiceStatus:AnsweredMore info purchased the Blueprints for Legendary on April 6, 2022, which cost **** dollars. I have been promoting Legendary for 6 months putting in hard and consistent work. One of the main things legendary stand by is that if you put in hard work you will receive results which is something I have done. Within these 6 months I made absolutely no money. I reached out several times to my BPA and customer support on live chat asking if there are any way I could improve my accounts and how to make them better in order to start making sales. I implemented all the strategies they provided and reviewed the blueprints several times. After the 6 months I was so disappointed and decided to ask for a refund. This wasn’t allowed however they offered me a marketing training session. It is now 2 months later and I have decided to ask for another refund and it was declined again – they stated once again that the refund policy is only 14 days. 14 days is not enough time to review the training library that is provided with legendary. People need to be given more of a chance to see if this is something they want to invest into. Especially since I felt pressurized into purchasing it due to the special offer on day 5 and I felt as though I was missing out if I didn’t purchase. **** is a lot of money to lose out on especially at these difficult times. I really don’t understand why a refund can’t be offered – I have made absolutely no money promoting legendary. I put in consistent hard work for 6 months posting every single day. It’s unfair that yous can’t come to a compromise. I don’t want anymore training and I don’t plan to use this training going forward. I really would appreciate my money back.Business response

  We were terribly sorry to hear about ***************** dissatisfaction with our products and services. As ************* stated in her complaint, she did request a refund that was denied due to the length of time that had passed since the original date of purchase. We have been working directly with ************* to find an acceptable resolution, and this time we have come to an agreement of issuing a partial refund. This refund will be processed via wire transfer due to the account used to purchase no longer being open. We appreciate being able to work directly with ************* to find a resolution. Our team let you know that there was a 3-day refund period, but would look into seeing how we could further assist you. We see that you attended the Decade In A Day training which was included with your Blueprints purchase. We understand that there was some additional confusion after attending this training, and your adviser worked with you over several hours to help get you started and set up. It does appear that you did receive the training that was paid for, as well as additional assistance to help you along the way.   My opinon on Legendary Marketer is No I would not join this company. My choice for Affiliate Marketing is Wealthy Affiliate. Very cost effective. Lots of training and lots of help.
